Justin Elza is J Allan Studios' co-founder and Creative Director.  Voted one of Tampa Bay's 100 Most Influential Business Leaders by Tampa Bay CEO Magazine in 2009, Justin is also the Founder and Director of the Tampa Bay Creative Network, the premier group for creative professionals in the Tampa Bay area.  In his spare time, Justin works alongside former Turner Broadcasting (CNN) Vice President, Gerry Hogan and former St. Petersburg mayor, David Fischer as the Web Director for Ready for Life, a non-profit organization helping foster youth transition from state care. Justin has a wealth of creative talent, a solid understanding of best business practice, and a plethora of local connections to help maximize the results of any marketing effort you wish to pursue.  

Mandy Minor is J Allan Studios' co-founder and President.  She holds a degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of South Florida. 

Mandy has served as the Achievements Chair of Ad 2 Tampa Bay and is a former staff writer for the St. Petersburg Post.  She is currently the Secretary for St. Petersburg Preservation. With over 10 years of professional writing and marketing experience, Mandy is the person to turn to for marketing consulting and effective copywriting.  

Todd Mayfield is J Allan Studios' lead graphic artist and Flash expert.  He holds a degree in Visual Communication and has more than 10 years of industry experience, much of it as Art Director for a national sports apparel supplier.  More likely than not, you've seen someone wearing something designed by Todd at least once in your life.  

Tobias Womack is J Allan Studios' staff photographer, providing royalty-free and rights-managed photography for our clients’ web and print projects.  Having worked for the likes of Michelle Vignes and Giorgio Armani, Tobias is a very cool addition to the J Allan Studios staff.
